The term "natural" or "100% natural" applied to the label of some products is often just a marketing strategy, it does not necessarily offer the guarantee of a quality product and certainly does not indicate an ecological product. The legislation does not refer to the labeling and classification of products according to the "natural" category. A product marked "natural" may contain various food additives, dyes, etc.
Instead, the rule for obtaining the certification of an organic or organic product is that 95% of the ingredients must be of natural origin and must be obtained from bioecologically certified farms.
There are also no specifications regarding the accepted methods of processing "natural" or "natural origin" ingredients. While organic ingredients are grown and extracted, processed without the use of synthetic chemicals, there are no provisions, regulations on the extraction of active substances from "natural" ingredients. Which means that "natural" ingredients of any kind can be grown using fertilizers, pesticides and other synthetic chemicals meaning that the toxins accumulated in them are transferred to the body causing long-term endocrinological, neurological, birth defects and so on.
So, it is worth spending some time studying the labels on the products we consume, or that come in contact with our skin because the harmful and synthetic substances that could be included in them can cause lasting damage to our body.
